Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Eminent Sign & Graphics Inc. (hereafter referred to as "the Company") offers sign design, fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance services in Los Angeles County and Orange County.

2. Orders and Payment

     All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

     A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required before work can begin, with the balance due   upon completion of services.

     A rush fee of 50% of the total cost will be applied to orders that require expedited processing and completion.

     The Company reserves the right to charge the card on file after job completion if the balance is not paid within 7 business days.

3. Design Approval

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before fabrication begins. Changes to the design after approval may incur additional charges.

4. Fabrication and Installation

The Company will make every effort to complete fabrication and installation in a timely manner, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Installation will be performed by our trained professionals in accordance with local regulations.

5. Maintenance, Repairs, and Warranty

The Company offers a warranty on all signs, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty specifically covers issues such as LEDs going out or minor defects. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by vandalism, accidents, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for those services. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.

8. Use of Photographs

The Company reserves the right to take photographs of the signs we create for you. We may use these photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. By engaging our services, you agree to allow us to use photographs of your signs for promotional purposes.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or providing notice to customers.
